Points are redeemable for prizes offered by the Greater Raleigh Convention and Visitors Bureau/Visit Raleigh (GRCVB). GRCVB is the issuer of the Passports available on go.visitraleigh.com and is responsible for matters pertaining to the delivery of prizes. Furthermore, GRCVB is responsible for the care and quality of all prizes it provides to you. You waive and release Bandwango (the developer of this platform) and GRCVB, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to or sustained in connection with your use of a Passport or the prizes GRCVB provides in connection with Passports and points. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GRCVB and Bandwango (and its Released Parties) are not responsible for physical or legal injuries arising out of participating in any trails listed on this platform.

Popular rideshare companies are also available for use in the destination. Be careful when crossing the street after drinking.

This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During checkout, GRCVB may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications according to what you opted into.
